Welcome to the

Chicago Condominium Affairs Council

We're a group of board leaders who share ideas about managing condominium and cooperative properties in the City of Chicago and beyond.  We recognize that there are thousands of community associations across the metropolitan region and that we hold strength in numbers.  By coming together we all benefit through collective experience and bargaining power so that each of us does not have to reinvent the wheel in managing our properties.

Our group has recently incorporated as an Illinois nonprofit enterprise.  We are in the process of obtaining federal recognition of our tax-exempt status so that we can raise funds to support this cause while offering our donors tax benefits for their contributions.  It's important to know that we are a self-supported group. We do not accept funding from those in the "condominium industry."  What this means to you is that our initiative is "grass-roots", transparent and without undue influence by commercial interests. Your support of this enterprise would be most appreciated.

Come on inside. Take a look and consider joining our initiative.  This group distinguishes itself on three factors.  First, we focus primarily on properties in the City of Chicago.  Second, we are a small group not overly influenced by outside commercial interests. Finally, we like to foster small-group interaction from time to time.  We'd like to connect you with similar people based on your specific location or specific characteristics of your property.  We think that by connecting ourselves with like-minded individuals facing similar issues, we can all have a more enjoyable and productive time leading our properties.

This is a grass-roots initiative, led by people like you.  Your experience is most welcome here.  Start by considering all the issues we face and identifying both your needs and expertise.
